About RSM Aviation Ltd was formed in 2010 as a precision engineering company involved in the Aviation and Aerospace sectors. Utilising the latest CAD, CNC Milling Machines, Lathes and Fibre Laser Cutters.

We are proud to be British manufacturers of precision Vapour Blasting Machinery sold under the trade names of RSM Systems, VapourMAX and MiniMAX, sourcing as many components as possible from British suppliers. 

In 2017 saw us move to new purpose built premises in West Yorkshire, further moving to East Yorkshire in 2024 due to needing to expand our products to cater for increased customer demands.

We pride ourselves on manufacturing over 85% of the machines in-house. From the steel work, through to electrical assembly we produce as much of the machine as possible including many specialist unique parts. We carry an extensive parts stock all available on next day delivery to keep you in production without down time.
