We're here to help ! For 3 months from date of purchase we offer FREE email technical support. The machine has a 12 month warranty against manufacturers defects excluding the solenoid valve and pump.

Did you know we hold stock in Europe meaning if you order online you will be charged excluding local taxes, we ship from our EU warehouse all over Europe within 8 shipment days and all you pay is local taxes no import duties. So just like before Brexit ! same as buying local !
Our machines are made in the UK and therefore ship in to the EU under the Free Trade Agreement thats existed for many years, meaning there are no import duties to pay, so its just like purchasing from a local supplier, when you order from us you will be invoiced excluding local taxes, products will ship from our EU warehouse and be with you in around one week.
Our MiniMAX range of machines are supplied in kit form to keep the costs down, you have to assemble them yourself. The VapourMAX machines are Professional Commercial machines supplied pre built and tested ready for use. The VapourMAX Pro machines (750/1210) also have built in heaters for the water.
The machine is designed for home / hobby usage and is therefore designed to be compact and bench top operated. The machine has a powerful submersible pump and a 8mm Boron nozzle gun fitted as standard. It has more than enough power to clean any aluminium car and bike parts.
No. The machine has an integral sump, you simply add water and media then use the machine. When the water gets dirty you open a drain valve to drain and replace with fresh water.
No. The machine runs from one single 13 amp 220v socket. The machine is designed for the home / hobby workshop where 3 phase electric is often not an option. The whole machine operates from one single plug, the machine is operated via a foot pedal on / off.
As standard the machine is fitted with a 8mm Boron nozzle, this means you can run the machine from a small shop compressor of 10-12CFM or more, you can reduce the air requirement further by fitting a 6mm nozzle if need be. This will mean parts take slightly longer to clean however.
Well generally speaking nothing ! they are all the same, they all describe a process of cleaning parts using a media suspended in water.
